Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require payment in full by certifed funds (credit card or money order), plus a $50 refundable cleaning and damage deposit. If your dates are available and you do include credit card info, you authorize us to charge your card for the cabin and up to $50 for any cleaning needed or damage. If we do not receive your cleaning and damage deposit and there is damage or cabin is left messy, you authorize us to charge your card without additional notice to you. If the cabin you request is not available, we will book you in another cabin. Confirmation - Confirmation of the reservation will be emailed to Guest(s) upon receipt of the reservation advance payment. If the cabin you request is not available, we will book you in another cabin. |

We rent our cabins
by advance reservations only on a first-come, first-serve basis,
no walk-ins. $150
deposit is required when making reservations. All reservations
are confirmed and guaranteed. Confirmations will be sent by email
upon receipt of deposit check or credit card charge. Entire rental balance
is due at least 30 days before your booked arrival date, plus
a separate personal check of $50 for a refundable cleaning and
damage deposit.
